I was born and raised in Portland, Maine. After college, I returned to Maine, where I co-founded and operated several successful retail businesses in the Old Port section of Portland.
In 1990 I joined Bay Realty Associates. While here, I have worked with both buyers and sellers in Portland and the surrounding areas, and have developed a strong network of real estate professionals, in the realms of banking and financing, inspections, and other specialties in the housing industry.
I've been a licensed Maine Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. In that time, I have been involved with developing, investing in, and managing a number of local properties. More recently, I've been specializing in new construction and historic rehabilitation.
Being a property owner, landlord, and investor has given me the knowledge and experience to educate and assist my clients in navigating the buying and selling process.
